Rescue puppy and kitten are best friends (video)

Ruggles the tiny shih-tzu was rescued from a puppy mill bust last year and his friend Chompers the kitten was found by herself under a porch when she was only two days old. When Ruggles is introduced to Chompers, they instantly become best friends.
