Last year students at the University of Hertfordshire created this touching film about a boy with a rare and painful disease called Schwartz Jampel syndrome, and his dog Haatchi. Owen Howkins is a 7-year-old boy who suffers from a very rare genetic condition which leaves his muscles in a permanent state of tension. Because of this disease, he didn't like going out and scared of meeting people. The boy's life changed when his family adopted Haatchi, a three-legged dog. Owen and Haatchi formed a bond straight away.
