Lao Pan lived alone in the village of Panjiatun, China. His only close companion was his loyal dog. Lao Pan died earlier this month at the age of 68. His dog was so loyal, even after his death, the dog refused to leave him. The dog was found by villagers at Lao Pan's grave safeguarding the site for a week without food. Since noticing the dog, villagers have been bringing food and water to the gravesite. They even planned to build a kennel there for the dog to sleep in.
